Teasdale Bakers — Restaurant in England

Often pop in for either a sandwich and a cuppa. Nice selection of reasonably priced cakes and the fresh bread buns and bread loaves are all lovely. I find it bad that if you want to sit in and eat a cake etc they charge quite a bit extra . It's quite sad to see the ladies are completely understaffed as the ladies work hard to meet your needs but are totally run ragged. Especially when there's only one member of staff there. I've never seen staff members so over run with duties. They definitely need more...

Atmosphere felt dull and outdated . Very uninviting. The staff were ok in service but the food itself was unsatisfactory apart from the beans they tasted fine . The sausage was dry and had a weird taste . Bacon u could use as a shoe soul and tea that was ment to be a coffee also I find.it a bit odd that it has a sitting area that isn't even set up to be a sitting area no menus on tables...

When I first moved to this area 6 years ago, this place was lovely and did really great afternoon teas at a great price.
