Called here because the place.looked good. Ordered.a coffee, 2 slices of cheesecake. 3 cans of pop and a chicken sandwich. I thought a little over £15 was a tad expensive. Opened my sandwich to find it on 2 dry half way to stale slices of belread, with minimal salad leaf from the bags you can buy, minimal chicken and stale cheese. The cheesecakes were dry and tasted like they have been sat on a side for a week. Not happy at all and won't be returning here. Do not try

Really disappointed after placing my order and having it accepted at 10:51 it’s now 13:04 and it’s still not here. I sent three messages, they were read but no one replied. Then when I asked for discount. Again no answer. 2 hours 15 minutes for breakfast. We cooked our own in the end. Our visiting family were really let down.

Great customer service, great food, not bad prices for the locality of the Cafe. Would definitely go back again, they also help and support local military veterans.

A truly lovely community café! This café was an absolute pleasure to visit. It was spotless, welcoming, and really focused on its customers. It has a wonderful community feel and is very reasonably priced.

The young woman behind the counter was amazing. She took the time to chat with customers who wanted a bit of conversation, greeted regulars by name, and shared friendly, light-hearted banter that was clearly appreciated. I even saw her spot some elderly regulars crossing the road and immediately ask the chef to get their “hot beans” ready before they had even walked in. She made everyone feel valued, locals and newcomers alike.

She welcomed me with a big, genuine smile and could not have been more helpful. My mocha was excellent too.

If more people had her warmth, kindness and work ethic, the world would be a better place. Highly recommended and I will definitely visit again when I am...

We called here as we didn't know where to eat not living in the area. We placed our order and waited, and waited. Others came got served ate and went. After what seemed like an eternity we finally got our food. So very disappointed. The pies were OK but definitely not fresh made.. pre bought... the mash , what bit I got was packet mash and a few mushy peas. No veg or anything. I only ate it because I was hungry.. we had a dinner each and a cup of tea and basic coffee.. we paid over £30 for this crap and when we checked the menu later on online found that it infact came to £27 so they also robbed us of over £5 .. if I ever visit barton again, I definitely will be...

I'll point out before I start that the café was very busy, every table full and people walking in with orders. I ordered a coffee my partner ordered tea, a bacon bun and w hash browns.

The drinks every very quickly and my flat white coffee was excellent, piping hot and strong just how I like it. My partner's tea arrived at the same time and we were told there would be a short wait on fod which we expected with the rush. After 40 minutes and seeing several people who ordered after us receiving their food my partner went up to tell them to forget the food as the wait was ridiculous. They apologised and said that we must have...
