The Beacon pub — Restaurant in England

One of the worst places ive eaten. Customer service needs a massive improvement. Me and 2 friends ordered food at the same time. One was a mixed grill the other a burger. They both came. And had finished eating before my hotdog arrived. When ordering the woman on the till didnt know what garlic bread was. And when my food was DROPPED on the table in front of me the waitress didnt say anything to me, not enjoy your meal, sorry for the wait. Im not even sure she worked there, as for 20 minutes she was drinking and talking to friends. Will not...

I am here with a view to watching the football. When we arrived all tv screens showed the rugby. We asked for the football....and they tuned into bolton verses villa.......really...... after then asking for liverpool...... 15 minutes later we finally got the screens switched over. We are now at half time and everyone is sat with their coat on. Dont think they know what heating is........apparantly its broken but that doesnt help....... the new management clearly have no idea on how to run a pub. Wont be...

Stopped here during our walk round Wellington, friendly staff,we did not eat here although the food smelled delicious and quite a few in eating and the prices looked ok and similar to say Wetherspoons menu , quite a large pub, sky sports etc on the tellies not doubt can get busy on a nite time or weekend, only let down was that it could do with a refurbishment as it looks dull and tired, possibly take out the carpets and replace with wood flooring just that would make...
