A great pub that opens at lunchtime and serves an excellent range of well kept ales amongst other things. Very welcoming locals and landlord. It's worth a short walk out of the city centre to see what a proper pub should be. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Anyone who rates this traditional local less than 5 does not appreciate real ale or good company! Up to 7 draught real ales on sale which is likely to include Bass, Danish Dynamite, Sixpenny Gold and GFB. All expertly kept and served...... Lively and reinvented boozer in Salisbury. Great to see so many people and such great local beer and cider at this, once tired, drinking hole.
