DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW BY NOT HAVING AN ALLERGENS LIST AVAILABLE AND ARE CHARGING EXTRA FOR GLUTEN FREE MEALS THAT ARE IN FACT NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! My mother is a coeliac and so for medical reasons she cannot have any gluten, or have any cross contamination. We called before visiting to check if they do Gluten Free breakfasts, they said they did and upon arriving we saw that you can pay an extra £1.90 to turn a breakfast in to a Gluten Free one, which we did, along with confirming with staff that it would definitely be Gluten Free. Once the food arrived at the table, my mum started eating the bread and noticed that they sausages didn't look Gluten Free (they usually look unlike standard sausages), when the CHEF was asked, she said she would need to check as she thought all sausages were gluten free, we assumed she would just go and look at the ingredient list, in actual fact she had to call the supplier as she didn't have access to that information on site, the supplier did not answer so the chef told us that she thought they would be fine. We then asked to see their allergens list, which BY LAW all restaurants have to supply (they also have a sign on each table that tells you that you can ask to see their allergen matrix) we were told they don't have one available, upon reminding them that by law they have to be able to supply one the chef said "yes I know, it's just one law" and then said it would take her manager at least an hour to arrive with the allergens list. She initially refused to even give us her managers name so we could escalate the issue with him and insisted that my mother just eat what is on the plate as she was "sure it would be fine". She only ate the 'gluten free' bread, which within about 15 minutes, was already coming back out so I highly doubt even the bread was gluten free or handled in a food safe manner. They did eventually refund the supposed gluten free breakfast but not the extra £1.90 we paid to make it so, but the lack of knowledge on food hygiene and safety, along with law breaking, seemingly without a care, is...

Absolutely Awful.... My beautiful friend had booked a table here on Saturday 12th Feb 2022 at 14.00 hrs as a treat for my 50th birthday.. We turned up, no one knew we were coming, we were told "Yes Yes find a table to sit" The tables that didn't have customers sat at them were dirty with cups and plates and general mess left on them. We found a table at the back near the rear garden, dirty but better than the ones either side... My friend went to the counter and ordered afternoon tea for 2, £29.50 × 2 (£59.00) This was Sandwiches, Quiches, Cakes and a bottle of Prosecco per order of afternoon tea( so 2 bottles). What turned up was embarrassing for my friend as she was really looking forward to treating me, there were 4 glasses of what tasted like watered down Brut ( not prosecco) 4 quiches (a little bigger than a 2 pence piece) 4 cakes ( tiny and inedible) and 6 quarter pieces of tuna sweetcorn sandwiches. Not one person enquired about allergies or meat free options (I'm vegan) not one person did a check to see if the food ( if that's what you call it) was ok!!! On reading the reviews alot say the coffee is amazing, I can't comment on that as didn't have coffee.... This place should be absolutely ashamed of itself for serving up this pitiful picnic as that is what it was, a cheap tacky picnic!!!! Wetherspoons would have been a better option... I am happy for the owner/manager to contact me, though I doubt they will as from the state of the Afternoon Tea, they have no shame!!!!!! The only reason I have given one star is because it won't let me post this review...

If I could give a 3.5 I would. 3 is to harsh but 4 is too much.

The atmosphere, I found was excellent, its a really nice addition to Fisherton Street, and to Salisbury. The coffee is genuinely fantastic, its my go to for a coffee as there isnt many coffee shops in Salisbury that have such a unique flavour.

However, it is expensive, this is ok when your buying a coffee for yourself, as the environment and the staff are great, it evens it out. But go in with your family or friends and you'll feel the pinch.

The main thing that let me down was the breakfast (Fry up). Sausages where poor quality, like, 20 in packet for £2 quality. Bacon overdone and the hash browns fried so long little potato was left, with the baked beans microwaved.

In all honesty, I ate it, it wasn't terrible, but for £20, Breakfast, Coffee and water, Id expected something better.

With the standard of the cake, which is excellent, the coffee, the atmosphere, it surprised me that the breakfast wasn't up to thier usual high quality ingredients.

Either way, I will keep going back, as its a great coffee shop, with fantastic cakes....I just wont eat a breakfast...

My new go to coffee shop in Salisbury, would highly recommend! Cannot fault this place, the staff are so lovely, especially the lady that I assume is the owner or manger, she is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to help in any way. They had a pretty much full cafe as well as a large party reservation one day and she still managed to fit a group of us in, grabbing extra stools/ chairs for us especially even though they were clearly very busy. Coffee is always amazing and I love how they serve with a little glass of water and mini cake. Always great presentation when any food or drink is served. Absolutely love the decor too, it gives the cafe a luxury feel (and is really nice to have something unique and different compared to the other cafes). The atmosphere is amazing, the lighting is dimmer so it gives a really cozy vibe (and great for those that are easily overstimulated) and the sofas and armchairs are so comfortable. Incredible gluten free selection here and vegan options too. Good choice of alternative/ plant based milk options.
