Lovely breakfast at this little local gem. It's hard to find a place where the food is truly tasty, the ambiance is perfect, coffee is made how I like it and the service is attentive. Having a hospitality background can be a curse, as I tend to look for all these details. The Emporium didn't disappoint, my omelette was fluffy and delicious (they did add a touch of salt which made all the difference!!! So tired of bland eggs that are cooked without any seasoning so I was super happy!!), and it was served with salad, a healthy touch. I was happy to notice GF baked goods too. Lauren and all the ladies were friendly and smiled a lot, there was even a quality check while we were eating (missed at so many restaurants and cafes!). Keep up the great work! The only 2 comment I'd make is to make sure the cutlery is clean, both of our coffee spoons had something dried on it, not a nice thing to look at. The second is more of a wish, I'd love to see sugar free cakes (xylitol and stevia/erythritol mixes are so great for baking), not many places do them, but I'm sure they'd be a hit with low carb people! Many thanks for the lovely experience....

Hasn't been before ,we went on Saturday to the Emporium in Yeovil That cafe was well hidden on the top floor so not great for the older customer, However well worth the climb Several floors of wonderful items for sale if you like antiques, good prices as well ,takes you back in time We will be going back most definitely The cafe was very clean ..attentive Staff that made you welcome We were to late for the breakfast ,what we had was well cooked looked appetizing, tea and coffee good Next time I would like to try the triple tower of afternoon tea ..sounded wonderful .its a hidden gem in yeovil Needs supporting ..good service is hard to come by !! But bucketfuls at...

A very different type of cafe, above an emporium, hence the name. You go up the stairs and are greeted with a deceptively large area with themed seating areas. Very well presented and finished off to a comfortable standard. So there are nice comfortable chairs for just chilling and having a coffee and a treat, or if you fancy a full English breakfast with all the trimmings you can sit at one of the many tables and relax in comfortable surroundings. The breakfast was fantastic, good quality products cooked well and came out red hot and freshly cooked . Overall an enjoyable...

A place of loveliness. The staff, the food, the cakes, the beverages. If you're going for brunch, be sure to treat yourself to a breakfast cocktail on the brunch menu. And don't skip the emporium shop either. Take a wander around, what I feel like is, a wonderful rainforest of echoing personalities.
