Really nice dog-friendly atmosphere and the vegan options here are great. It's nice to see somewhere that has good variety for vegans. The outdoor space is a definite bonus. Inside, it felt a little overcrowded. My only real issue was the cost for what you actually got– I ordered avocado toast which tasted great, but at £9, I expected more than one small piece of toast and a couple of cherry tomatoes (especially when vine tomatoes and radish were mentioned on the menu) the food was good but underwhelming for what we paid. Waited nearly an hour for a sandwich that didn’t show up.

Sat outside today with my wife, 2 year old son and dog. Went inside to order (coffee, cake and a sandwich). Coffee and cake turned up but after several conversations with staff there was no sign of the sandwich after 45 mins. Was told it would be another 10 minutes.

Table next to us ordered 30 mins after us and 4 x breakfasts arrived quickly for them.

I booked a table today for a mid way meeting point for a family birthday and we were not disappointed both breakfasts and toasties were well presented & delicious. We then went on to have cakes there was a good range, something for everyone, i had carrot cake which was a big slice with 3 layers of cake & icing !! I bought a banoffee cinnamon bun home for a family member who couldn’t make it, warmed up as directed which is the best we’ve had in a long time. Staff were clearly busy yet attended the tables every need.
