First off, the food was truly superb. The wide and vast range of main courses, snacks, deserts and everything in between on offer is truly fantastic. Having such a great variety on offer means that there is always something for everyone which is a rare thing to find in most places.
Secondly - and most importantly - they are VERY customer orientated, children and disabled friendly. This is so crucial. My family and I were out tonight for a birthday meal. One of my brothers is severely autistic and can't be around loud or busy areas. Right from when we walked in and asked for a quite place to sit they unquestionably took us to a nice area and then when we found that the music was playing too loud (my brother started playing up) we asked politely to turn it down and within an instant they turned it off. We were and still are incredibly thankful. On top they also lit the candles on a cake we got for the brother whos birthday it was and brought it out for us, again without question. Overall their hospitality, food and customer service is 10/10. Also the general environment is very comfortable and spacious (didn't feel cramped) making it a very enjoyable place to eat at. The staff are very polite and didn't get in your face at all. That and the wonderful/ tasteful food on offer makes it a place my family friends and I will be certainly...
Read moreI'll start with the only positive... the place was incredibly clean and our plates were cleared away quickly. Unfortunately the food did not match up to this... I'd checked the reviews before going and found them mostly positive, but honestly I cannot understand how anyone could give it a five star unless they have never been to an all you can eat chinese before. The variety of dishes was very small with the majority of them being from the "starter and fried" section. The selection of mains was abysmal... not only was it limited to begin with but the majority of the dishes were also empty or running low with grotty dregs, and as you can imagine this happened to be the best dishes. This was despite arriving at 8.30 when they advertise being open until 11 - not a single dish was replenished during our visit despite multiple guests arriving after us. The price is high for the variety you get, other places charge the same price but have alot more food and a tappanyki bar. The chicken was chewy, slimey and generally disgusting in all dishes. The drinks are also very expensive with no refills option that most all you can eats would offer. To add insult to injury the food that was available was dry, tasteless and cheap. Would never go again, nor would I recommend anyone else to waste...

The food was abysmal. All of the chicken dishes were overcooked and one tasted like fairy liquid.
The woman who served me was incredibly rude. She told me my daughter wasn't allowed to eat; which was fine, she had her own food. She reminded my over 5 times despite me assuring her that it was just me eating. We ended up having a minor verbal tussle about her constant attitude and hawk eye.
Anyway, around 15 minutes before they closed, they were continually ushering us to finish and leave. They put the buffet food away which I felt was very premature. I eventually got sick of their militant attitude and put the cake I was eating in my bag so I could get away. The woman who I had a disagreement about her attitude with, immediately stormed over and told me that I couldn't take what was left of my cake. I said to her that it'll only be put in the bin, what's the issue to which she started shouting that they were a buffet, not a takeaway. I sat at my table with a perplexed look on my face and before I could respond, she said she was calling the police! She was a complete disgrace to the establishment.
Luckily, I am now banned from a place I shall never return...
