What really lets it down is behind the scenes - the route to the washrooms feels like an old hospital, and the toilets themselves are very dated and in need of a refurb.

Terrible prices and bad food. I had a Chicken Burger and "Sticky" Toffee. The chicken patty in the burger, priced at £13.50, wouldn't be out of place at a public school cafeteria in New Jersey. It was minced to hell and back, with none of the texture of chicken and half the taste. The burger itself consists of the buns, patty, lettuce, tomato, and half a pickle. The Sticky Toffee (priced at £8.50) was bone dry, with only a light drizzle of sauce. The prices and quality of the food left me...

Horrid grubby surroundings. Broken dirty windows. This was a Groupon bonking. Anniversary meal.

Staff were OK. Food only average. Ordered gluten free burger, it was presented to me in two slices of bread. Unfortunately I cannot upload pictures. The only thing you could do was burst into laughter. I have no idea how so many staff could find this acceptable let alone the chef. . . . Just...

Absolutely shocked at the prices and trying to get served at the bar, we waited 15 mins for someone to appear at the bar, as for your wheelchair acces what a joke, my friend got dumped in a foya for ages I ended up going to look for her, the socal staff that was meant to help her couldn't be bothered to move the ramp from one set of stairs to the next, it's really piss...
