I've been a patron of the shop for over 10 years and service has always been spot-on. All members of staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating to those from all walks of life, and it's definitely the place to go for some breakfast and lunchtime grub for not too much money.
There's a wide selection of food fillings to choose from, either as a panini, sandwich, baguette, wrap or something else, and they won't shy away from making something custom for you if you wish. They have a running special board that changes each week, usually with two things that are each either a baguette, wrap or panini, so if you become a regular I would keep an eye on that! My favourite is definitely the sweet chilli chicken goujon wrap - I wish it was on more regularly!
I personally don't have any dietary requirements other than some mild lactose intolerance, though I am aware from friends and family that if you do have anything more serious than this, Sands will be more than happy to accommodate and provide you with suitable alternatives while making your food in a non-contaminated area if needs be, which is a good thing to see.
All in all, a really good sandwich shop and I highly recommend anyone in and around the Bournemouth town centre to check...

You can cyt tension there with a knife and be sure if you say good morning, no one will reply. If you want a sandwich and are willing to wait, they are still not the worst you'll ever have (and anything is better than a meal deal from supermarket), but be sure to google Aroma Cafe first.
