I took my little brother to get his hair cut here last week. Chris the owner was amazing with my little brother and he left with not only an amazing hair cut but he said he felt as if he made 3 new friends with all the barbers in there. The other two barber’s made a huge effort with him too and even helped entertain him so he would stop moving his head every 2 seconds. They also made me feel really welcome and offered me free drinks whilst in there. I was also super happy to hear they’ll be having a sun bed in there soon. Booked twice one for 9am and the other for 9:15, a day before, then in less than a hour of the appointment got a message/email saying it wasn't possible and was told to ring back to confirm a new booking time, I tried to call as soon as I got the message but the phone number wasn't available, i even went there to find ou the door was closed. Checked the opening times and saw that they open at 9:30, my phone had run out of battery so I couldn't confirmed afterwards. So the thing is, I can book at a time that the barber is not even open?? This is definitely the best barbers I have been to! It has the most positive energy all around the shop and I can safely say that every customer will walkout feeling great about themselves as they have gotten exactly what they wanted if not better! Speaking from experience, most barbers in the past have left me feeling annoyed as they have either cut my hair way to short or just not done anything I asked for, however at C&t barbers you will leave knowing you have got your money's worth!
