I'm stuffed! I don't think I would have had room for the stuffing or cauliflower cheese that was missing (the menu might have changed but it was on the fb page menu I saw before ordering). If you ignore that the food was beautifully cooked, very tasty and plenty of it. The meat on our trio of meats was thick and tasty. Unfortunately we don't live locally; we stay on the nearby touring caravan site four or five times a year, but if we did we would eat from here more often. We have already decided this will be our Sunday lunch regular when we visit from now on. I only booked after 1030 and was happily slotted in for 3pm collection (had takeaway). Very happy and would recommend to everyone, the main menu looks very interesting too so need another visit, maybe full English. 😁

Found this gem of a place by accident, had a fabulous meal (Spicy beef flatbreads, with fries, home made slaw and red onion) The table next to us had a dish which we enquired about. It was a tapas type cheeseboard which looked amazing. It was a preorder so we went back the following night having ordered it. It didn't disappoint. It came with a bottle of wine and bread. Ellen who served us was lovely. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Tgexwhoke experience was brilliant and we will definitely return.

Booked to arrive at 2pm with quarter of an hour's notice, parking isn't the greatest as it's in a residential spot. Only one gentleman sat dining so it was empty, waitress was very attentive and did a wonderful job, the food was to scale via advertising and quite gorgeous, plenty vegtables mash didn't seemed drained enough little sloppy and not to the taste as wasn't buttered calm environment, pickled cabbage on the veg should be subsituted with swede. Pleasant visit will definitely go back.

Just WOW! Been dying to try the lamb shank Sunday lunch. Finally had one and it didn't disappoint. Meat was so tender it fell off the bone and had such delicious flavours. The plate came out and I questioned myself how much I would end up eating then came the tray of vegetables - stuffed! Everything tasted unreal, but also kept an element of its natural flavouring. Definitely worth every penny and can't wait to try more of the menu! Have also attended numerous special evenings put on by The Pans - great atmosphere, very welcoming, comfortable and the staff are lovely. The best thing to happen to Seaton Sluice in...

Visited on Tuesday 25th Feb - immediately on entrance found the floor to be sticky, sat a table & the table was even worse - very sticky - needed a good wash with hot soapy water. The waitress had no personality & the coffee was tasteless and barely warm. We ordered breakfast - hubby had the very worst Eggs Benedict he has ever had, I ordered pancakes with bacon & maple syrup- menu stated that this was served with a crispy fried egg, which I wasn't given. Disappointing to find the pancakes were not homemade, small portion of bacon and the syrup was almost cold. Food is overpriced and not nice - will not...
