We have ordered from these a good number of times, and while delivery has always taken around an hour, we were happy to wait.

Last week we ordered from them and the order took over two hours to arrive (we phoned multiple times to ask ETA after an hour, only to be told its on the way, it took a further 45 minutes to arrive), hot puddings were stone cold, ice cream had turned to warm milk. Then to make matters worse the smell of stale cigarette smoke on all the packaging was so disgusting I didn't eat mine. Obviously they employ a chain-smoking delivery driver who doesn't keep the food items away from the passenger compartment of the car.

The cherry on the top is that we emailed them to complain away from public eyes, and they have completely ignored us. So, now that we won't use them again, I feel I'll leave this here...

Really disappointed. We ordered a loaded brownie with ice cream and a banoffee pie. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to be delivered, despite stating 45 mins to an hour. After 1 hour and 20 mins I called and was told it had left the shop already, so no surprise the ice cream had melted by the time it was finally delivered 25 minutes later.

The brownie looked like a car crash and was seriously sickly, smothered in nutella, which didn't seem to be the case from the pictures or description. The banoffee pie wasn't that great either by all accounts and the ice cream, or mousse as it was by then, tasted cheap and synthetic.

My mum has seen them buying packet cake mix, and I believe other reviews have said the same. A real shame as the concept could be great, but the execution was really poor in...

This place used to be brilliant but recently it has completely gone down hill. 2 weeks ago we ordered at 7pm and received the pudding at 11pm after a delivery mistake, and now this 2nd time we've ordered a week later the pudding has arrived after and hour and a half and half of the pudding is missing. Either the driving has got hungry on the drive or they have cut the portions in half whilst increasing the price. £7 for a tiny piece of chocolate brownie with ice-cream (pre delivery charge)...
