I was craving desserts so ordered my desserts online and was told it would be ready when I received an email. 20 minutes later no email - so I went instore and it still wasn’t ready. When I came in they were busy chatting and on their phones. After I spoke to them, only then they started prepping my desserts.

I ordered cornflake tart and apple pie both with custard. The cornflake tart was 5/10 as the cornflakes had no sweetness to it however the crust and the jam tasted okay. Now onto the apple pie 1/10 - it was horrendous!! The apple pie was clearly a frozen one that was microwaved. It had no taste, very bland tasted like cardboard. Can not fault!! We have ordered a few times in the past, tonight we ordered 2 chocolate cakes, one with custard and ice cream. When it arrived the ice cream hadn’t come, so we gave them a call with intention to just ask for a refund on the ice cream, so that we wouldn’t have to wait for it to be re-delivered, but the chap on the phone was beyond lovely. He said he would send the ice cream out with a cake as well, not only did the first delivery arrive within 20 mins of ordering, but so did the second and to our surprise the whole original order had been sent out again. Been hit and miss pretty much every time I've ever ordered, a while ago they sent a milkshake with pieces of plastic in it, which was for my pregnant partner, today they take an hour and a half to deliver 3 puddings and somehow manage to forget one of them, and when I rang to sort it the woman on the phone couldn't care less, got a hollow apology, and offered to deliver it out but we would have to wait for the next group of delivery drivers, your having a laugh it's quarter to 11 at night, waste of...
