The Super Sausage — Restaurant in England

Had a delivery via Uber Eats, the food is mediocre but for the cost you would expect better, they are charging premium prices for something that isn't even good quality, I am a huge foodie that usually eats at the best places and I have had much better in a restaurant for the same cost, you put the sausages and bacon in your mouth from this place and you can just tell they taste cheap, the bacon isn't even smoked and has nothing to it, its 2024 people expect better food these days as the eating out industry massively increases year by year, I would say even a £5 large Wetherspoons breakfast is better then this and I hate Wetherspoons and find it awful!...

Was waiting to meet my partner here, then we was going to go in for some dinner. To have a Middle aged man in a high vis vest come up and ask me what I am doing. I start to say I'm waiting for my partner but before I could say we going into the cafe for some food when he gets here. He told me I'm not aloud to park here and wait for someone it's private parking for the cafe so I will have to move. He was very rude and didn't hang around long enough for me to explain. The original and best. The epitome of truck stop greasy spoons right down to the Formica tables with bolted down plastic chairs. The menu has barely changed in the 25 odd years I have been eating there. They stick to what they do best. Simple honest food cooked well at a simple and honest price. They have even introduced a coffee machine and have ditched the powdered brown diuretic they used to serve up as coffee and you can pay by card - contactlessly! Staff are friendly and welcoming. This cafe is what it is, no frills, no pretentions and no sad attempt at gentrification....
