I had a very bad experience in terms of food quality and quantity from this restaurant. I was eagerly searching for a good Indian restaurant and was tempted to order based on the reviews and had no idea what lay in store for me. I had ordered via Just Eat for a home delivery of Butter chicken and Paneer butter masala. I was totally taken aback when I saw the quantity. Nevertheless I opened the box and found both the gravies to be exactly the same taste and consistency. The little pieces of paneer were over fried and had lost its softness. It felt like rubber and it tasted little sour. Good paneer never tastes that way. Then i tried the chicken, they were also small pieces and by the taste and feel, I knew it's those frozen chicken bits used to make such a famous dish and charge a bomb. Butter chicken always tastes good with fresh chicken which is available in plenty here. But the restaurant chose to cut corners and gave such a bad experience. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this...

Garlic Naan : Its quite funny they call it homemade , there was not even a tiny molecule of Garlic in it. it was 100% Ready to eat from TESCO or any other supermarket
Chicken Methi : Its full of boiled water, no gravy , methi was floating on the boiled pieces of chicken.
Customer service : The serving staff has very abrubtive behaviour ; Despite of us complaining about food quality , He was keep on telling that Garlic naan is home made and the funny part is he convincing us the garlic naan is home made and ridiculously the green herb particles are Garlic . while anyone who lives in UK knows the difference between Supermarket Naan and Restaurant made naan.
They used to serve quality briyani atleast 3 months ago, now everything changed. Sorry but a lot of improvement in food and customer services...
Read moreA lot of improvement is needed in terms of taste and quality of food. Ordered twice and it has been a let down. First time packaging wasnt great. Lamb biryani had no salt and was super spicy and the chicken curry was so oily and literally shredded chicken pieces and super spicy. Second time was informed an item is missing and the chicken biryani was too spicy. Like literal fire off the ears even though I mentioned mild. Idli seemed frozen and when I mixrowaved it turned into a rock. Sambar was too watery. As a food blogger I wouldnt recommend this place as of now. Staff members seem friendly over the phone so hopefully theyll take some of this feedback. For now I’m gonna give this...
