Squirrelled away on a back street yards away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre is this little find. Less shouty than some of its neighbours, it doesn't rely on blackboards or major advertising to draw in the discerning. Given the size of the beautiful building on the outside it is quite cosy inside, there's a choice of real ales and beverages to suit everyone, the beers are kept very well. Had a pint in the period on the run up until Christmas so there were a few more people in than normal, which I am assuming helped the atmosphere.
