Tim Hortons — Restaurant in England

Honestly I will be amazed if this place is still here in a year from now. Our experience here was seriously poor.

A couple of weeks ago I took my son through the drive thru and ordered him a kids chicken tender/nugget meal only to get home and find he had been given a burger meal. He doesn't eat burgers so that was a wasted journey.

Despite that we gave it another chance today and this time with my other son and my wife. 3 of us ordered burger meals and a kids meal again and a £3.50 donut! Total cost £35.65!!!!!! I nearly walked out when I seen the cost come up but the kids were looking forward to it so we went through with the order hoping that the high price tag would be justified by the quality.

Unfortunately not. The meals were all cold and my wife's burger wasn't even wrapped properly with half the burger exposed. I wish I had taken a picture of it but never thought to.

The food was no different to McDonalds but with a much higher price tag. The lattice fries are ok but are very small portions.

The worst thing was is that it is clear they just do not care. The restaurant has been done nicely but was disgustingly dirty. The entire time we were there not a single member of the 8-10 strong staff entered the seating areas to clean up other peoples leftover food and mess. We were there at least 30 minutes and the leftovers that were there when we arrived were still there as we left.

When you go to other competitors they are constantly cleaning up, and usually when we go to McDonalds it is far busier than this place. Infact at tea time when we were there we counted 8 people apart from us dining in this very large restaurant. There is no excuse for not having the staff keep on top of the dining area.

I wanted to mention all this to the staff but my wife quite rightly pointed out that it is so blatantly clear they do not care it would just fall on deaf ears, and so I write this in the hope that someone in management actually does care and sorts this place out. Go and visit at tea time and see how messy it is and how long the rubbish sits there. Disgusting.

The whole experience was 2 star quality and service, for 5 star money (fast food wise). Needless to say we will never visit again. If this place continues to deliver such a poor service experience at the same level of cost as they are now it will not be here in 12 months...

I'm absolutely buzzing after visiting the Tim Hortons at Teesside Park! As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I was blown away by their Double-Double Original Blend Coffee.

Rich, smooth, and full-bodied, this brew is an absolute masterclass. The perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness had me hooked from the very first sip. I was genuinely impressed by the depth of flavor and the velvety texture.

But the magic didn't stop there! I paired my coffee with a selection of their mouth-watering donuts, and oh boy, they did NOT disappoint! Soft, fluffy, and indulgently sweet, these donuts are the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.

And if that wasn't enough, I also tried their Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which was love at first bite! The crispy exterior gave way to juicy, tender chicken that was perfectly seasoned. It was a flavor explosion that left me wanting more!

The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about serving top-notch food and drink. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to grab a bite and catch up with friends.

In short, if you're a coffee lover, donut enthusiast, or chicken connoisseur like me, do not – I repeat, DO NOT – miss out on trying the Double-Double Original Blend Coffee, donuts, and Crispy Chicken Sandwich at Teesside Park Tim Hortons. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

Where do I start with Tim Hortons at Teeside park? The customer service here is unbelievably FANTASTIC, all friendly Indian workers who work hard to offer excellent, friendly customer service. I enjoy coming here, they could be working all day really tired and they will still smile and crack jokes with you. Amazing service.

Doughnuts are amazing, I like the different style of doughnuts they offer as opposed to Krispy Kreme style doughnuts which everybody knows.

The interior design of the restaurant is very comfortable with modern fresh design style and very comfortable and relaxing place to have a hot drink, doughnuts and milkshakes with friends and family.

The main thing I am happy about is the friendly behaviour of the staff at Tim Hortons teeside park.

I have been to other places such as KFC across the road and their behaviours and facial expressions at KFC look like they take no joy in their work and could not careless about you as a customer.

Staff behaviour really can affect the overall experience for you as a customer and at Tim Hortons they are friendly, crack jokes with you, ask you how your day has been and really speak to you like you are a human being.

If you are thinking of going to Tim Hortons then you definitely should!
