Absolutely shocking service. We ordered 2 adult meals and 2 children's meals. The kids starters came and were tiny. Our son got nachos, there were 6 on a plate with some chopped tomato and dip. Our daughter ordered garlic flatbread, there were 2 small dry slices. We ordered some loaded nachos to share. We upgraded to get beef chilli on top, it was pitiful (when it eventually arrived). So after our starter initially not arriving they brought out 1 adults main, and 2 children's mains. We told them we hadn't yet been served our starter, but they could leave the children's mains and they could get on with them, they did not!! They took everything back to the kitchen, 15 minutes later they returned with our starter, which was pathetic, albeit tasty enough. Before we could even finish the meager offering, now also sharing with the children as their starters were so small and now a distant memory, our main courses arrived again. My wife looked at me as if ready to send them back again. However I jumped in and told them to leave them. Due to the past 60 minutes I wasn't sure if they'd return, and by the looks of the pizza in particular wouldn't cope with another zapping in the microwave. As mentioned my daughter's pizza looked as if it had been mistaken for a crème brulé, and torched by an arsonist on a mission. My son's spaghetti Bolognese fresh from a tin was accompanied by his veg sticks, which had also been microwaved, despite being uncooked prior and a solitary wheel of corn on the cob. We both chose a tikka masala, which again was tasty enough, but had obviously been nuked, as the rice, if treat correctly could have been moulded into a ball and bounced off every wall of the restaurant. Cue dessert, now us adults refused to waste any more of our hard earned money, but since the kids puddings were part of the meal we waited. 20 minutes after finishing our mains a member of staff finally approached us and asked if we were ready for anything else. They came, surprisingly quite quickly, and the kids seemed to enjoy them. Now through the entire debacle one member of staff sheepishly uttered sorry as he was walking away, we can understand being a little flustered and service being slow on a Saturday evening, but when we left there were fewer tables seated than there were members of staff. Now honestly the food wasn't too bad, and I understand that you get what you pay for, but if you are considering paying a visit, I would block out an entire day in your diary, and potentially go when there are fewer than 4 tables occupied, also order each course separately as it will means they will less likely foul up.

We went as a family of 9 for my 60th birthday. I don't drink now, so was a little disappointed that mocktails were unavailable at lunch time, but settled for zero Heineken. The waiter Johnny I think his name was, for our table was brilliant. Had all meals brought out at the same time. Polite at all times, and brought stuff to entertain the kids at the table. Kept asking if everything was okay with us and the meal. A lovely experience. We will be back thankyou. Date visited 05/04/2024

From the get go our experience was the worst we have received anywhere. On arrival we stood at the entrance where it states to wait there to be seated after a couple of mins a staff member shouted across "just go and get a seat" she was very rude and abrupt. So we had our 14 month old granddaughter with us so decided to sit in the play area, we took her to the under 5s section however it was empty just filled with a few soft blocks nothing else so my granddaughter became bored and walked in the other section, my husband followed her as he didnt want her falling or getting stuck somewhere. As soon as he stepped in he was approached by the lady working there saying that he must get out of there, he tried to explain why he was going in but she was very rude and said he was not to go in at all (no signs at all to state this) At this point my granddaughter was crying as she wanted to play so we decided that we would continue to have food then go to bamboozles. We really wish we hadn't. We looked at the menu and saw that the meals were 2 for £10.49 so we decided to go to the bar to order, when it was time to pay i noticed the offer didn't reflect my total so i queried with the man(peter) for him to respond "Definitely not! Its bank holiday" i wad just shocked at the way he responded and i then proceeded to pay. (I did check the menu and it was in the small print). When the food arrived it was only luke warm, the hot dogs (sausage) were cold in the middle and the chicken and bacon club had so much mayo on you couldn't taste anything else. I tried to find a member of staff to complain, but i couldn't see anyone but peter on the bar and the queue was massive so we just left. I have told all our family and friends and they themselves have had similar experience, mostly with rude staff and management. we will not...

The worst restaurant I have ever set foot in. Been going there for years and boy has it gone down hill , they don't have half the items on the menu , the staff don't even know what there doing , first visit in a while and will never go back . Family of 3 food and drinks nearly rocked up to 55.00 . Luckily I have a 20.00 voucher for the disgusting service I recieved 3 weeks prior. I have worked in a bar and restaurant before but this place needs a kick up the back side . Ordered a sausage sandwich and believe it or not was asked how many sausages I would like in my sandwich I mean what kind of a question is that . But for a slice of toast , a sausage sandwich ( which I had to make my self ) and 2 hot drinks 17.00 but il give them there due after complaining they gave me a 20.00 voucher. So I go back to use this voucher , I asked for a chocolate milk , they don't have any well I'd they don't serve it any more why is it on the menu then my wife wanted a "gin gin" and guess what they don't have any ingredients to make this drink , I mean what type of a bar doesn't have the correct mixers for the drinks they sell on a Saturday ????? So basically what your doing is paying a fortune for frozen processed food, they must be making a fortune ripping people off left right and centre . If I could give the place no stars I would . Avoid at all costs . I mean how on earth is a family that is struggling with bills ect expected to pay for food and drinks in a...
