Gutted to be writing this review but it has to be known.

I use to love getting a takeout here i rated it 5 stars in the past, never would I ever step foot in this establishment again.

Ordered a 14" calzone, 10" mixed meat pizza and a large fries.

Ill Start by saying the food was fresh and tasted nice thats where it goes down hill....

I've never ordered a calzone from here but decided to give it a go because I love their donner meat.

Daylight robbery, take a look at the photos, 4 pieces had absolutely nothing in and another piece had a very tiny amount so 5 pieces of dough.

The middle 5 pieces where the donner meat was is just about verging on acceptable but still i would concider shady.

They charged me £12.80 for this calzone and it had less meat in it than any local shop that sells 9" infact I've had well more in a 9" calzone.

The calzone was worth £7 at a push no one wants to buy 14inches of dough.

Its Clear to me that this a regular occurance in this shop for calzones because the guy who made it was overlooked by 2 colleagues and the manager.

On realising I had been shorted of a large amount of donner meat I calmly entered the store to query the small size of the calzone and to question where the meat was.

The manager and two colleagues assured me that it was right it was infact 14" and that the amount of meat was correct, then one of their collegues tried to bare face lie to me and say there was plenty of meat in it and that it was just all squashed down....... this was after the fact i pointed at multiple pieces with zero meat in and then shown him how flat the others were, it was like we were looking at a different thing.

They could see I was not happy and I told them I'll never order a calzone ever again to which they didn't seem fazed, no resolution was offered they didn't seem to care at all.

I left and decided that infact I'll never order from this place again, they had chance to rectify it and bare faced lied to me and ripped me off, their is other reviews on here which are similar to mine in regards to the tiny portions.

Knowing the amount of money these places make from one spik of donner meat is what makes it even more upsetting, it wasnt accidentle it was intentional and then backed up with lies.

You only realise how important you are as a customer or how valued you are to a business once you've made a complaint.

Total cost of the meal was almost £25, i was fobbed off and ripped off an I travelled from Runcorn to buy this food from here which makes it even worse. I will not support any business that operates like this.

On speaking to other friends an family they seem to share the same opinion as me about how small their donner meat portions are....

This review is honest and fair and reflects my experience within this store.

Fool me once but you won't fool me...

If I buy a folded donna kebab pizza it is always from here and it is always amazing. However, I recently ordered popcorn chicken with chips, burger and chicken strips. The chicken strips were good, the burger was 'ok' but had a soggy bun so I wouldn't order it again, the chips were barely warm but my biggest problem was the popcorn chicken. Not in batter like in the picture, they are breadcrumbed instead and the taste was very, very familar. I could tell the popcorn chicken was bought from the local supermarket. I paid about £4 for 15pcs that I could get the entire bag of for about £1 at the shops. Not happy with the popcorn chicken, chips or burger bun. But I'm still willing to go back there because it is highly praised in the town and I do know for a fact that some of their other food is really good, like the folded donnar kebab pizza. But if chips, a burger and popcorn chicken is what you're looking for go elsewhere. It also totalled to £11.60 on the menu but I was charged £12.30 and I gave the guy £13 and instead of giving me my change he just walked away and...

Absolutely awful customer service. Shouting at us down the phone and at my front door. Order incorrect, asked for pepperoni and jalapeños, pizza came without the jalapeño. Rang to inform, he asked us to come back to the shop when they got the order wrong, live 0.5 mile and they were still delivering at the time. Told us not to eat any of the pizza if they bring a fresh one, we’d already ate one slice. We were very hungry and continued eating the pizza as we knew it’d just be binned anyway. Man got to the door with a very angry and abrupt tone to his voice, saw the empty pizza box, started shouting saying it’s rude etc, said we were really hungry, we are the customers and they got our order wrong. He confirmed the pizza would of been binned anyway, and said he could potentially get sacked yet they are a family run business food is amazing but to be shouting at a woman in her door step is diabolical. Anyway, enjoyed 2 pizzas for the price...
