This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life to a point after phoning 3 times I ended up in tears. I ordered on the phone and when it arrived I paid the delivery driver. And when I looked I was missing sweet and sour chicken balls and pancakes to go with the shredded duck which also came not shredded. I phoned up to say what I didn't receive and they weren't prepared to send out the things I was missing, and just said we will send the delivery driver out to give a full refund. He never said in exchange for the food you received we will give you a refund. At this point it's 9pm so we where starving and the delivery driver came to give us a refund and asked for the food I said we never got Told we had to give the food back I asked the delivery driver to hold on a minute whilst I called and he said I have no time for this and walked off my boy friend went after the delivery driver who snapped very defensive and sharp at him which was so rude. The man I spoke to then said I won't give you a refund and I argued the fact he never said return the food in exhange for a refund. The man started raising his voice and wouldn't let me speak I was so upset he then said he would refund me £4.20 I paid £20 for the food and after been made to feel so upset and angry with top wok did not enjoy the food at all. And actually made me feel sick from being so angry I will never eat here again it has ruined my evening completely. Avoid at all cost....the food was of a terrible standard, spent £127 on a big order, they messed up the starters (which can happen) i ordered mixed starter for 6 people, got 2 satay chicken, 2 prawn on toast and about mini 20 spring rolls !!! Called and complained that we didnt get 3x2 people mixed starters, they argued that i was wrong to start with, then made very little effort to sort it out, other than i should drive 10 mins back to collect the missing portions. When i said no, we were in the middle of a family meal, they said they don't do refunds. After much arguing on the phone to different people there, they agreed to a refund, but couldn't do it over the phone, i'd have to go back to Ferndown. Went back day later and they again said they couldn't do refunds, they would credit me on next order. Told them i wouldn't be using them ever again, due to the poor quality food and terrible customer services, and i wanted my money back. Ordered at 6:15pm, phoned in to pay and requested ETA, advised it would be by 7:45pm (long time but accepted itās a busy Saturday night).
I phoned at 8:15pm as still not arrived and food hadnāt left the building yet. Rude on the phone and offered to ring back later to remedy wait time. Didnāt call back.
Food finally arrived by 8:30pm. Delicious takeaway, but far too longer wait time. Will order elsewhere in future as promised to them on the phone unless they offered something back.
Would you place an order in a restaurant and wait 2 hours 15 for your food to arrive without complaint?
