Not at all recommended! Explanation? Bear with me! It's a long one!
We went there at about half 7 for iftar. They gave us a table without reservation (appreciate that). Although we told already that we are here for iftar (fast opening which was at 8.10) and placed the order already.
After 8 we received 2 drinks ( lemonade and smoothie) which we thought were complementary and there were just water bottles on the table.
It's half 8 already our order hasn't arrived yet! I mean we can't open our fast with just water and have a lemonade on an empty stomach! 🤷
Upon pressing the bell around 4 times, lady came to apologise and as we had to leave so we asked her to make it a takeaway which again took 15 more minutes ! At last we received our takeaway at 8.50.
Now time to pay the bill:
On the counter we were being informed that it's cash only (which wasn't mentioned any elsewhere but just the till). Who keeps this much cash though? 🤷♀️🤦♀️
Anyways, somehow we managed and the till lady asked, did you order any drinks? (She saw on our table of course). I said no we didn't, we thought they're complementary though. But thanks to her she didn't charge us for those.
Here's another mishap story: Bear with me again!
While placing the order, we were asked to choose 2 sides with the steak and among all given options, one was chips (as mentioned in the menu), which were of 2 kinds and definitely we chose 1. Until now, not being informed that this side will cost extra. Over the till, as we were in rush, she said you ordered extra chips? My reply, no we didn't and the lady who took our order standing there, instantly jumped into the conversation and said, you ordered for the extra chips! 😳😳
Excuse me? Didn't you ask me to choose 2 sides? Obviously as mentioned, we were in rush so didn't bother to reply but the overall experience went really worst! 🙄

Read moreBeen wanting to try this steakhouse for a long time, but I can’t say it was worth the wait. A positive of this restaurant was the flavour of the steaks and also the mocktails were good, but unfortunately the pros are majorly outweighed by the cons. When we ordered our food, we were first told one of the steaks was unavailable, so we ordered something else. Another waiter comes to our table to tell us the item we changed was unavailable, but suggests the one we initially wanted in the first place. When the food arrived, the steaks were not cooked to the way we requested them to be (we had to send one back because we asked for medium rare, but it came rare), so clearly there was a lot of miscommunication and confusion between the staff. The vegetables seemed like a simple frozen veg mix (definitely not fresh), the beef cigars tasted more like tuna, which vile. One of steaks was mostly bones and fat. The quality of the food was not up to standard, especially for the price. Aside from the food, the staff were all friendly, however quite unprofessional. Not once were we asked if everything was okay throughout the duration of our meal. There were about five members of staff just standing behind the counter with their mocktails, some handing a fluffy hot water bottle to one another for warmth. It’s nice to see the staff get along with each other, but you should check if the customers are happy with their meal after they’ve been served instead of waiting for them to hit the buzzer, which requires a couple presses before actually getting a member of staffs attention. At the end of our meal, we did speak to the manager to let him know our thoughts and he was very polite, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of quality of the food and inadequate customer service. Unfortunately I can’t say I’d come back here again, extremely...
