Wimborne Tandoori — Restaurant in England

We went in and ordered a takeaway said we’d be back in 40 mins , arrived to collect and they couldn’t find our order after much deliberation between staff they said sorry it would be 10 mins . Meanwhile another customer arrived back with an order they had been given incorrectly they handed the bag back and said the order was for Henry ! Lo and behold 5 mins later our order appeared for Henry ( not my name they’d obvs misheard) benefit of doubt we accepted the takeaway no apology or explanation from the restaurant. The food was revolting the prawns left the curry gritty and tasteless and the korma was watery and chicken chewy, if this has been remade it has been rushed I think it was reheated after being returned and that is not acceptable. We won’t be returning customers .Poor service...

Love the food. Friendly staff. Always order from there normally however just tried to order for delivery and found my usual order which comes to around £24 has magically shot up to £34!! The only difference to my order is a bottle of coke. So unless the bottle costs £8 something isn't adding up! I was told there was a new menu so the prices had changed slightly but unless there was an insane price hike I don't think they added it up right! Needless to say I'm not going back there...

Delicious food and very friendly, helpful staff - until a group of very badly mannered men arrived as customers. The waiters joined in with the foul language banter (really loudly) and seemed to not be fussed when the male customers literally burped and farted their way through their meal. When we complained at the end of our meal we were told that they were 'long standing, loyal customers'. What a disappointing end to our meal which was a 50th birthday meal for a member...
