Wok 88 — Restaurant in England

Delivery was early but food disappointing and a 'mixed bag'. Food was piping hot though so that was a plus! King prawn egg fu yung was very good, chicken chow mein short on flavour and bean sprouts. Prawn crackers (free on our order over £16) were good. Pineapple fritters (3) were really bad and the worst I've ever had. The pineapple was wafer thin, like one ring had been sliced in three to go between the three fritter portion. 90% batter! .....I left most of it! i ordered some Thai food from here last week and I know I should of sought a dedicated Thai place but I figured I’d try these. Delivery time was quick, food was hot but that’s where the positives end. The Thai green curry really wasn’t great, it was flavourless dish water and the smell of the chicken physically made me feel sick. It’s very processed the meat they use and the curry sauce was so bland and smelt of vomit. Complete waste of time and money and won’t be using again. I can’t comment on their Chinese dishes but don’t go here...

Received my order this evening within 25 mins which I thought was really quick!

Cut into the chicken balls to find them cold, pink and slimey. The batter was also barely cooked. I Immediately contacted Wok 88 to notify them of the situation, I was offered replacement food. I declined due to not having an appetite at this point. I was offered a refund for the chicken balls bit not the other items. I explained this was all on the same place and now contaminated with raw chicken. No further resolution was offered. I...
