I frequently shop at Kashmir Food Store, and I must say their butchery is excellent, offering fresh, high-quality meat, and the variety of groceries available is impressive. They truly stand out in these aspects.
However, I am very disappointed with the ladies at the till. Their customer service is non-existent. They never greet customers with a simple “Good morning” or “Thank you,” which is the bare minimum one would expect. Instead, they are often busy chatting among themselves in their own language, completely ignoring the customer in front of them. To make matters worse, they sometimes rudely instruct customers to place their groceries on the shelf for scanning without any courtesy or care.
This lack of professionalism and respect makes the shopping experience unpleasant, despite the great products the store offers. As someone who spends £100 or more during each visit, this treatment feels unacceptable. It makes me seriously reconsider shopping here in the future. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to treat customers with the respect...

Honestly, I've visited the store on a number of occasions and always seem to come across something new. Fresh veg, chicken, meat... and thousands of spices are only a few things you'll find here.
I'd highly recommend Kashmirs. Seriously, just pop in when you get a chance, and you won't be disappointed.
