I have been coming here for a while and loved it, but was really disappointed about what happened tonight. Myself and 2 others came for shisha, food and the Amir Khan fight.

Poor customer service from female floor manager - she was reluctant to give us a booth, and was too ready to kick us out once we settled down. I accidentally pulled the pipe too hard which caused the coal to fall. She took the pipe away and asked if my sister was still using the second one, we said yes. She treated us like school children that had spilled water everywhere. I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened.

When we asked for the pipe to be brought back, she said we had to pay for another one. Which we could not do because THEY ONLY TAKE CASH and we had run out. Super inconvenient. Also it was an accident and I apologised and helped, despite my jacket being burnt.

10 minutes later she was asked us to move again, because there was a bigger party coming in 30 minutes before the fight began. Okay… why is that a reason for us to move? We came first… Any other time I’ve gone to a bar/pub for a sports event, once you’ve got a table or booth, it’s yours! This was the last straw.

We just decided to leave. We were made to feel we were not important and our money wasn’t good enough. No apology or understanding from her when we decided to leave, she just walked away.

This place is actually absolutely appalling. They shouldn’t be on just eat if they have problem contacting their customers and nor should they accept orders from customers if they know they’ve had trouble contacting customers in the past. I ordered some desserts from them and waited over 2 hours until I decided to call them and ask them where my desserts were and they told me that my order had been cancelled because they’ve been having my problems with just eat regarding contacting their customers to delivers desserts, and when I mentioned that this isn’t my problem, this is a problem between just eat and the restaurant, the manager gave me ridiculous attitude and said “don’t you think I’ve done that”. Clearly this restaurant needs to come off just eat instead of making people wait hours for their food when they know that their services are faulty. Absolutely ridiculous. And rude manager. I would have been waiting all night for my desserts if I hadn’t contacted them myself. Pathetic service and behaviour from manager. So much for a ‘manager’. Bad business etiquette.
