Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Epping Forest

I ordered 2 caramel Frappuccino’s and with coffee for me and my boyfriend. I even said with coffee even though the staff member never asked. I was then given strawberry Frappuccino’s and no coffee. My boyfriend is allergic to strawberry and proceeded to panic so I said let me go ask for new ones. When they gave me my order they even shouted out “2 caramel frappes”. I took my order back and said that “I cannot taste coffee and they both taste like strawberry.” They said “there is no strawberry’s just caramel.” I said “I know that’s what I ordered but I can taste strawberry so maybe the machine wasn’t cleaned out properly but I am not sure” At this point they proceeded to interrupt me and tell me to take it anyways. I then said “no can I please have a new one.” They then said to me “you should’ve ordered with coffee” I then said “I did” they said “I didn’t” and “I said you never asked me anyways so I made sure that I said I wanted coffee.” I asked for cream in both, and both cups are half way filled with cream. It is quick , good , amazing and they have great customer service which will make you come again and again but it is little pricey but worth every penny to spend there. I have been there and brought chocolate twist for £1.90 which is worth it. The people are friendly , kind , understanding , respectful and sociable. You go there once , you will have friends for life as time goes pass by for years. Take your family and friends there because they can provide the best pastries , coffee and hot chocolate for joyous days ahead of you. I never regret going there for life. The place is clean , tidy , modern , unique , sleek , joyous , good , great and amazing because they always know how to make their store look good. It is attractive store for anyone who wants to buy good dessert and coffee which is their best thing to buy , if you going to buy something from there in any situation. Been here a number of times with varying customer service - nothing unusual about that when it probably has such a high staff turnover. Last went on a quiet Sunday lunch time, asked for a macciato with a caramel syrup (to be fair this is my usual at Starbucks so thought I'd try here) to which I got back "you're thinking of Starbucks, they do that.
