Sign at the front door stating "please wait here to be seated by a staff member" so waited at the door for 5 minutes and all we could see was 8 staff members sitting eating food at the tables. All of them saw us and not one word spoken to us. Like I appreciate they are on their breaks but 1) why are they all on their breaks at the same time? And 2) even if they are on their breaks they could clearly see we were waiting with no assistance for track and trace or to be given a seat number? So I walked over to the desk where again no one said a word? There were 2 teenage girls behind us too who were completely ignored by all staff members so we just spoke and decided to take our own seat numbers even though we are not meant to due to the current circumstances? Staff really really need to be more attentive. Like I said there were 8 staff members all sitting down and eating and at least 5 of them glanced over and completely ignored the fact we were waiting there. Also no track and trace enforced so no idea how many people managed to come in to the restaurant who may have been positive for covid but since no staff members are at the door enforcing this (as I have seen from everyone that walked in and just sat down) people aren't going to be told to isolate? I don’t know what’s so difficult about checking an order to see if it’s complete, but yesterday was the third time our order came with not one but two missing items, AGAIN. But it’s my mistake for trusting that they have the very basic ability to make something as simple as making sure an order is complete because I’ve never had this issue in other branches, right? And the store’s way to fixing it is that I have to go back so they can fix it instead of sending an uber eats or anything like that, so I would either have to wait for my family to eat while I starved or go back to this dreadful hole, get the itemS (again, plural), and come back so they can enjoy a cold meal ☺️ seriously, well done. By the way, if you’re lucky enough to get your order you’ll be even luckier if you get a sandwich with the items BETWEEN the buns and not scattered around the box. And no, it’s not the delivery that’s causing it, you can clearly see how it was put together and it was very poorly. Some of you clearly lacked the pre-school experience of stacking blocks or putting objects through shapes. Read moreBeen through drive through, made two orders however one order was a collection I did through the new app with the points I had collected. When I came to pay for the paying order I advised them that I also had processed an order through the app which I needed collecting. So I paid for the main order and went to the second window to collect both orders, the paid order was handed over and I mentioned again I had a second order which was through the app. At first she was confused and then advised me to park up and collect from inside branch. Due to the carpark busy and having kids in the car I asked if she could just hand it over through the window as it would be easier. She took a minute or two and passed the order through the window. However there was a second member of staff behind her who was angry that I was given the order through the window, she made it very obvious due to staring at us in an angry manner through the window. I even stated it to the main member of staff about how the other member of staff had very poor customer service. An absolute joke! I do not expect this sort of attitude and poor customer service...
