Update: minutes after the restaurant response below, deliveroo contacted me and refunded, when asked why they had eventually refunded they advised the restaurant had conceded and authorized the refund.
To address the restaurants "response" to this review which is inline with the food quality I guess, please note they took no responsibility nor made any apologies, in fact made out my experience was a lie, so I won't be taking down my review.
S&G: "We don’t know what you looking for, or who made you leave such a bad review and rating." As stated in 17 days of complaints and my review I was looking for a refund on items you charged for and did not deliver, I therefore don't understand why you "don't know what I was looking for" and you not delivering what was ordered then refusing a refund was "who made me leave such a bad review".
S&G: "First of all, we don’t deliver anything what has been ordered through Deliveroo." You did deliver it, on the app it could not be tracked as delivery was by restaurant and the car that delivered it had a lit sign on its roof saying "Souvlaki and Gyros" I do not lie, it was delivered by your delivery driver.
S&G:"The items that you are saying that are missing are part of the Mezze Special, that is true. But is impossible to receive just one box with the veggies" again I do not lie, it is not impossible, I did not receive all the items that I stated were missing I have a long history of food delivery with deliveroo,just eat and Uber eats, I rate every delivery and give feedback and over average more than 95% of deliveries score 4 to 5 out of 5 so trust your customer when they tell you it's you thing not a me thing.all you needed to do was apologize for the poor service and authorise the refund of the missing items and I would have removed this public review. But as you chose to make me out as a liar with an agenda I feel it's in public interest to leave it up for buyers beware.

Ordered a family meal from them through deliveroo, wasn't cheap and it arrived delivered by themselves directly (even though ordered through deliveroo) with substantial items missing, been fighting 17 days so far with deliveroo to get a refund in part for all the missing items which the restaurant is refusing. Don't use them they a rip off,will cheat you with missing items and refuse to refund you. What did arrive was far below par of the standard they were last year. what I was Missing from the Mezze Special / Family Meal (feeds 3)

Read moreI feel I need something more than the generic response I received after my scathing review , perhaps I wasn't clear , the food was inedible , despite being ravenous after a long road trip neither me or my friend ate more than a few mouthfuls , it was so disappointing if I had been in the restaurant I would have sent the food back demanded a refund and left. Read morePreviously gave this place a more favourable review but popped in one evening to get something for dinner and when I went to pay with my card (something we've all become accustomed to), the person behind the counter pointed quite rudely at a handwritten sign on the counter which said cash only. When I explained that I had no cash on me, he told me to go to the cash machine a few minutes away. I said I'd rather not and he just shrugged his shoulders therefore I walked away and I won't be going back. If there was a problem with the card machine then I would have expected that this would have been explained to me.
