Wow, what a time we had on this marvellous day! Doing our good old colouring, making friends - what more could you ask for!? From the bottom of my heart, I could NOT fault this glorious pleasure ground :) We had just had some lunch and an ice cream by the Quay and were looking forward to a good old sit down. We found a short-cut to the park, found the perfect tree and sat ourselves down on the grass to do some art. Some children came over to tell us how good we were at staying in the lines! To be fair, we are pretty good at staying in the lines - let's be real here! Overall, there was just a really nice energy at the park. It felt safe. There was a real sense of community. We most certainly will be returning.

this park has a large area for football, frisbee and kids running around. they also have a place with a water fountain that children can get wet and play in the water, such a great place for such a hot weather recently. we loved this place, it's good for all age children. a good place to have picnic too.

Nice play park, lovely grassy area and a great splash park. Toilets left a little to be desired but at least it had some! If it had a car park it would be amazing 😁 A little treasure hidden away for locals to enjoy.

I walked through St Thomas Pleasure Grounds on my way to the vibrant, cosmopolitan and sophisticated delights of the Cowick Street precinct. The grounds are well maintained and have trees, flowers, shrubs, blossoms, seedlings, bushes, flowers, grass and a small play area. Parents played with there children and dog walkers walked their dogs. There was no litter or dog dirt....

Have been here a few times with my grandchildren. The water park is very popular with them and the play area is good fun and safe. The park has nice grassy areas ideal for picnics and there are toilets which are a bonus as many of Exeter's parks do not have them. The park is easy to reach by bus, halfway up Cowick street and then a short walk to the...
