I ordered a steak on a steak night, but to my surprise when the condiments and cutlery was brought out, I was given what seemed to be a crooked butter knife. When I asked if I could have a steak knife the reply was, "I'm sorry but because everyone has ordered steak, we have run out".... Read moreConsistently exceptional customer service at this pub. A person I'd like to name specifically is Jess. She is always a very polite and caring individual who never fails to make me feel welcome.
The pub is very modern, owing to it being only a few years old, and its cleanliness is immaculate - including the toilets.
Very large, scenic beer garden overlooking nearby mountains.
Also very reasonable prices. In fact, the prices of many drinks here are cheaper than other Wetherspoon pubs in South Wales.
