Herbies Pizza — Restaurant in Fareham

Eaten from here on many occasions and can’t fault the quality of food or delivery. However today I Waited over 2 hours for a pizza several phone calls later it was on the way to then be told my driver was lost a road just round corner from me 20 minutes later to be told he was 8 miles away in Portsmouth lost ? No refund given but was offered a free pizza next time.. thanks🙄 Pizza eventually arrived after being remade a whole 2 hours and ten minutes later Was a New driver got lost with sat nav apparently. Hmmm not sure I can use Herbies again! Poor...

Ordered from here yesterday. The website didn't seem to apply the advertised 30% discount at the checkout, and when I called the shop to sort it out, they quoted me a different set of prices to those on the website and denied that I was seeing anything different. I ordered anyway and the delivery time was fast. The pizza was decidedly mediocre, maybe a 5/10. The prices seemed way too high considering the quality of pizza. Recently moved to the area and love pizza so was eager to try. Liked the look of the 'Any Pizza, Any Size for £8.99' deal so ordered an extra large meat feat and... was promptly charged £13.99. After enquiring I found the deal does not include extra large pizzas. While I understand this and did eventually find the small print that excluded extra large pizzas, it's still a misleading offer.
