McDonald's — Restaurant in Fareham

I was disappointed today. Sorry for bad review because I love your food but today I thought I would order on your app to make things easier. When I arrived they couldn't find my order even though I was assured I haven't been charged as I didn't know seeing as I gave my payment details. In order to get my order up on the app I had to connect to your wifi in the restaurant which expected me to put in my personal details in order to get connected. I had no choice to seeing as my order couldn't be found so I did but when I asked why I'm required to do this my response was I dont know. This is a data concern for me as I work in banking and I'm very careful about security as I am required to. I did end up just ordering and paying again and left with my food. To be honest I certainly didn't appreciate a female member of staff laughing loudly in the background with a non so friendly attitude when she saw me. Is this how all your staff approach customers other than Elizabeth that works there that is always so...

This is a review is for the west street Fareham one first of the 2 star is not a one star because going in store there fine food is good but on the other hand when ordering for delivery on something like just eat there not that good food is just warm when arriving and i only live 10 to 15 minuets by car down the road and the chips tasteless a lot of the time.

And other half of the time there are missing items and when you phone they just make excuses quite rude to and tell you to phone the app you ordered from that is not there problem. Even when there the once who prepare it and cook it and then gave it in the bag they packed to the driver there responsible to give the rite items.

Yes you can get credit back for the missing item but that is not replacing the missing food so other than going hungry you have to either find other food. Or pay delivery again for more food from somewhere els its pathetic and wrong and in that case bad service they need to take note of it and do something about other...

Waited 22 minutes for two meals. There was myself and another person who ordered in the restaurant and he also waited a while. There were nine members of staff; five i the back loudly talking about Traitors, three working on deliveries and one person working fries. Five delivery orders came in and were seen two before mine, even though they came in after my order. I've seen McDonald's prioritising deliveries in the past, but never THIS bad. One burger was decent, while the other was a mess - cheese and lettuce were on the side, not in the burger. I don't recommend going on Friday or Saturday late afternoon/ evening as teenagers hang about, being loud and unpleasant. They'll also hang out in the alley by the restaurant and...
