Doesn’t seem to be ready and open for business at the correct time , (7:00am) might sound silly complaining about 5 or 10 minutes however a lot of people seem to wait outside including myself , 3 staff members notice and aware of the ques and not opening the shop leading potential customers to have to walk away to catch buses. Though I wear headphones to make it appear like I'm listening to music and not to be a bother, the staff treat me kindly and always speak clearly so I can lip read. They also repeat everything if don't quite understand without issue. Had a sausage roll which was good but sadly only luke warm and a coffee at a reasonable price. I wish they would go back to individual plates rather than sharing trays. We really wanted cornish pasties but none were available. It's a shame that due to misuse it is impossible to use a toilet without getting the code when you first order. Who knows whether they will need 'to go' or not...
