King Kebab & Pizzas — Restaurant in Fenland District

Food was 40 mins late and obviously stone cold. Asked for a text update via app while waiting. Nothing came. Disgusted in general. Never using again and will never recommend to anyone and if anyone asks me about having a kebab in Wisbech or surrounding area. I will give them a bad review of this shop. This is not the first time this has happened to me from this shop. First time thought it was a one off. Second time thought I was unlucky. Third time. Proves this is just a terrible shop to get food from.

I get that I ordered to Upwell. But if you know you can’t deliver in time to an area. Take it off your list. Or get drivers that know where the local villages are.

Refund that was offered by just eat didn’t even cover a third of the cost of the food tonight.

I look forward to whatever comment you leave back to me on this matter. But no doubt it will...

Order placed and paid for online via the website. Waiting, waiting waiting waiting waiting Phone up, to find out if it's been sent yet, get told it will be 5 minutes, without asking for our address or name. 25 minutes pass, no food, phone again, again without asking our name and address, told it will be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, 2 hours after ordering we phone again, get told its 4 minutes away. Asked for a full refund and refused it initially, 10 minutes later food arrives cold and completely inedible. Still refund refused. Initiated refund via consumer credit act for failure to comply with the promise of providing goods or services as per promise.

The rice box I ordered was advertised as primarily chicken with some rice. What I got was 3 bits of chicken with a giant box of rice. There was no crispy onion as advertised. Cucumber and red onion weren't actually on the description at all... It was generally pretty awful food for a lot of money.

My partner ordered piri priri chicken and chips. The chips were like cardboard and stone cold, his chicken was cold in the middle, even the dog didnt want them lol. At least the ingredients in his food were related to what he ordered. This was horrible horrible value for money and if i could take my tip back I would. I paid £12 for a box of rice with a tiny...
