Krispy Treats — Restaurant in Fenland District

We waited over an hour for service in that time we watched as they worked with nut based products then without changing gloves or cleaning hand went straight on to non nut based products. We saw drivers coming in and without washing hands go straight to working with raw products then again without washing hands back on the road. We say as one of the guys got some product on his thumb lick it off then straight back to working with food again without washing hands. The one time we did any hand washing taking place it was in the same sink and over the tubs used for mixing milkshakes. Once we finally received our food there where missing items twice. Finally got home to find the napkins our cutlery was rapped in where dirty. We binned there cutlery and used our own to find missing strawberrys on our cokkie dough. We carried on to find our waffles where only half cooked. We then called to complain to then be called a lier. Placed a pre-order at 5.45pm for delivery at 8.05pm, at 8.04pm I received a phone call saying that they were busy and that my order would be another 45mins, which I find very frustrating, as they had over two hours notice to prepare the food and delivery. Order finally arrived with 2 extra free donuts (would have preferred it to be on time) we ordered 1 bueno waffle with extra bueno and bueno gelato, 2 donuts and a bubble gum milkshake. Firstly the waffle was still soggy in the centre and we were unsure as to what the extra bits were that we paid for, there was barely any sauce on the waffle and the gelato tasted more like coffee than bueno, wouldn’t purchase again, the donuts were warm and nice, the bubble gum milkshake was also nice, in total I don’t think it was worth the...

Visited Krispy Treats after seimg them being featured on a youtube channel, I travelled over an hour from my home purposely to try their doughnuts out and it did not disappoint. Doughnuts are super fresh, warm, soft and delicious, the service was exceptional and prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend or return to Krispy Treats, I'd love to go back and try some of their cookie dough as well as a Waffle which looked incredible also.
