March Desserts — Restaurant in Fenland District

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Used to order from here very regularly. But recently services have gone down hill MASSIVELY. Twice I’ve waited 2 hours and 3.5 hours, and still to see no food turn up. Ringing them over and over and they’re saying the foods ready, when hours later it still isn’t with us. Why even lie. What’s the need. Just say you can’t do your job. Simples. They also Sent out the wrong order in the end at the end of the night 11pm so nothing else could be ordered from anywhere else. Went to bed very hungry and very angry. No refund issued Ofcourse as in their eyes we should’ve just ate the food they gave us. Today they apparently can’t even see our order( preorder before they even opened then they accepted when they opened so not sure how they didn’t see it) Absolutely ridiculous. Scammers and all the rest. That’s what they are. you’ll be better of driving to Peterborough kaspas and back and still have time to spare before they’d ever get the food to you and you’ve had a nice little road trip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Absolute joke of a customer service. Shouldn’t even be in business selling a service you can’t...

This is the 3rd time ordering from march desserts and usually I have no complaints whatsoever, everything is usually great we order waffles/cookie dough(my absolute favourite) and the milkshakes are to die for but unfortunately this time I have been a tad disappointed in the fact I thought I'd try something new,t doughnuts seeing how amazing they looked too really drew me in. Got our order quicker then usual cookie dough great, milkshakes great. Doughnuts on the other hand look NOTHING like the pictures AT ALL and it's a shame but I'm sorry to say they didn't taste too great. Will get them another try at a later date and hopefully the issue will...

Absolutely disgraceful customer service from March desserts this evening.

After asking for a refund due to being sent a raw and inedible waffle,I have had the phone put down on me twice,told I was not allowed a refund if I wasn’t to take the waffle back to them,then they told me the refund would take 4 days to process. He was very aggressive and continued to shout at me down the phone.

Thankfully,they have now told me they are blocking my number which will stop any temptation to order again🤢they obviously need the £7...
