Where to start! I ordered a tandoori chicken wrap with sauce & garlic bread with Pepperoni & Donner meat. There was no sauce in the wrap, the chicken was dry and tasted awful and the garlic bread was barely cooked. I didn’t eat much but my daughter had most of wrap. Ordered via just eat so left a review. Didn’t want a refund or meal replaced, just live and learn not to use again. My daughter was then up half the night with an upset stomach. Again live and learn, won’t use again. The next evening, a member of staff from this takeaway TURNED UP unannounced at my door to talk about my review. He asked why I didn’t like it, then make excuses why it may have been bad. He then gave me the same meal again and a dessert and begged me to change my review to a good one. I didn’t want the food but was taken aback that he had just turned up at my door! GDPR breach??? I had 2 bites and again, horrid. My son had some of the wrap and, like my daughter, has been up most of the night with an upset stomach! How this place got a 5 star hygiene rating is beyond me! But the fact the turned up at my doorstep and begged me to change my review is so unprofessional and creepy. Update 9/11/18 Last week ( 2/11/18 ) the management had changed for a second time in a week and it just got worse

Got served half the amount for the price of a large tray of kebab meat and it was COLD as it was straight from the pan that wasn’t heated so I’m just guessing it was leftovers from the night before

Not satisfied with the service as the new owners literally rips people off the place needs the other owner back as he brought the best service and the newest owner is ripping off the customers by charging more for less

I will be going elsewhere in future that knows how to treat their customers right

Never again. Been eating from here for years and at their best the curry is perfect. Today's meal was disgusting and it's happened once too often. Mushroom rice forgotten so we had to wait for that to be delivered. I paid £1.40 for two spiced poppadoms which consisted of a pile of flakes at the bottom of the bag. Vindaloo was watered down and reheated rock-hard chicken. Absolutely tasteless, I'm not eating it. Mixed kebab was burnt, reheated meat. No lamb, just beef. This isn't normally a problem as I'd prefer not eat lamb but as it was so rank, I'll mention it. Salad was old and manky.
