Lucky Inn — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

My recent visit to the Lucky Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an atmosphere that can only be described as a chaotic blend of outdated decor and a complete lack of hygiene. The staff, oblivious to the concept of customer service, seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to patrons.

As for the food, it was a culinary disaster. The menu promised a variety of dishes, but what arrived at our table resembled a sad attempt at culinary art. The flavors were not just bland; they were practically nonexistent. It felt like the chef had given up on any semblance of taste or quality.

To make matters worse, the hygiene standards left much to be desired. The tables were sticky, the utensils were questionably clean, and the restrooms were a horror show. It's astonishing how a place like this can pass health inspections.

In terms of ambiance, the Lucky Inn seemed trapped in a time warp, clinging desperately to a bygone era without any regard for updating or maintaining its facilities. The outdated furniture and worn-out carpets contributed to an overall sense of neglect.

Save yourself the agony and steer clear of the Lucky Inn. There are countless other establishments that value their customers, cleanliness, and culinary craftsmanship. This place is a culinary catastrophe...

Ordered a takeaway on site After a 10 minute drive home and about to sit down I realised the rice was missing. Drove back (another 10 minutes) to restaurant and explained that the item was missing. Inside 10 seconds out comes a cold bag of rice and a half baked (ironic) apology. No appreciation for the fact I had to drive around again for a rice. The beef curry also had more onions than anything else but I could of lived with that. It's the service that was so bad. You just lost a customer. It's actually the second time this has happened with rice. (1st time I put on an Uncle Ben's at home) ...

Have been ordering here for years and never any issues, however lately it’s impossible to get through with a phone order, ringing for an hour and it goes to answering machine, next time says they are on the phone and the next time it rings off and nobody answers. Same thing happened last week so we called in to place the order a few mins after trying to phone thinking they were too busy, but no that wasn’t the case and two girls behind the counter standing having a conversation and not bothering to answer the phone. Such a shame because this is our regular Chinese but not worth over an hour...
