Ruby Palace Chinese Takeaway — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

I have ordered from this restaurant, the girl on the phone messed up my order she have missed chow mein off my order which was for my daughter and when I rang up she has took no blame whatsoever and blamed it on me saying i have not ordered it when I know i have as i wrote a list before ringing up and placing an order and it is on my list. Anyway, i will not order from here again they have no respect for customers as i have experienced tonight. Have been a customer for years and have allways had great food. Until recently. Had food from here tonight. It was evident that the recipe or the chef has changed as well as their ingredients. Food was cold, portion was incredibly small. Rang to discuss and we spoke with an unidentified person who was quite pleasant and offered the cost of our next meal to be reduced by the cost of tonight's. So maybe next time things will improve.
