First time to visit was yesterday as we were just passing by on a miserable day. It look so inviting so we went it. It was fabulous, from the welcome we received from the staff who were so friendly . The service was excellent, the food delicious ( Special Christmas Toasty of Turkey, cranberry and Brie cheese) with a side of a cup of the soup special ( Roasted pepper and tomato 😋) .The self service water ( infused with orange) area was also a great idea. The attention to detail is obvious with the decor choice, the arrangement of the coffee bean bags, up market Delph, cutlery etc.The coffee was delicious and the toilet spotless. A culinary delight. I've been to many restaurants and cafes all over the world and The Toastery is worthy of it's reputation. Had the pulled chicken toastie and the flavours are beautifully balanced and a delight to the senses. The bread is toasted to perfection and the accompanying coleslaw was light to the taste.

Rounded it off with a cappuccino and it was made to match the atmosphere - a warm hug for your innards and the perfect companion for Enniskillen's cold weather. Not for fans of strong coffee, but more so for warm and cozy drinks.
