Domino's Pizza - Folkestone — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

Two for Tuesday and still over £20 for two large. Lockdown projects has seen me get into making my own pizza - I suggest you start were I started - The Pizza Bible by Tony Gemignani (I do not gt anything for this) because you will realise what a rip off and the quality you are getting. Do not get me wrong - I used to love Dominos and last night it was meant to be a treat after a long journey home. It was dry, the base was poor and the cheese had become coagulated in places like cottage cheese. It had split to become grainy. I know the website was saying there were supply chain issues but this just was plain poor. Seriously, if I can make the journey to making decent 24 hr fermentation dough, decent sauce, etc and save money so can you . Why should I waste £20 on this nonsense. Last night was the death knoll for ever having Dominos again. I ordered two pizzas, one came with a piece of ham on it, when either of the pizzas ordered, didn’t contained any ham. Considering we are a Muslim family, we weren’t able to eat it. We rang the store, and the member of staff who answered the phone tried to make it as if it was an insignificant issue even tho when we explained the deal to him. He then offered to send a new pizza and didn’t say any more. When we got the pizza delivered the driver had a paper from his manager asking for the original pizza!!!. I then called the store very offended, I have been using this dominos for 7 years, never had a problem with them or they with me as a customer to ask for a pizza back! I told the staff We put it in the bin so we didn’t give it back to the driver and she asked me to take it out of bin??!!!! Incredible! So bang out of order!!! So...

I recently ordered from Domino’s, and I’m incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. My pizza had a hair on it but the worst part was the food poisoning that followed. Within hours of eating, I started feeling seriously sick nauseous, with stomach cramps and vomiting.

I’ve been a customer of Domino’s before, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll ever order from them again. Food safety and quality should be top priorities, and unfortunately, they completely failed on both fronts this time. I’m absolutely disgusted, and I highly recommend others to be cautious when considering ordering from here.
