KFC Folkestone - Cheriton Road — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

So after buying what we thought was a nice bucket of chicken, we came across a piece with half a long hair dangling out of it, that had been fried as well! Disgraced by this, we decided to go back and confront the manager to see what their reaction was. After a fair while and attempt from the manager to take the hair and try to get the fried reminence off of it, we got a refund on the food and a continuous disbelieve that it was a hair...... Anyone that reads this, make your own mind up...... Whilst we was waiting for our food, one of the front staff dropped a pair of tongs on the floor, put it back on the side and had to be reminded by myself to not use them again, for that reason. Terrible branch, couldn't eat in after a long session training i come in to get some food and I asked where the seats are for the table side and they didnt have any and told I could sit on a little edge near the window, I also go to kfc and never have I experienced this in any kfc, if you dont want people sitting inside then I would suggest to remove the table side as with no chairs this is pointless and to be told i can sit on a ledge is a disgrace! I for one will never eat in that branch or waste my money again, left outside in the cold to...

Do KFC staff know if they look out the window and see people suitably spaced outside the store waiting for there order number to come up before going in to collect there food. They can say to the just eat collection, deliveroo people to wait outside rather than just walking in with there big insulated bags and just standing in the shop chasing there order to the delay of other people. If i could of cancelled my order i would have absolutely disgusting...
