We love Primavera! Very well priced and great food. Ideal for couples, families and groups. They have an excellent range on the menu and the specials change regularly. We celebrated some birthdays last night and one the waitresses was so warm and kind to my nephew, who can be fussy with some food. We were so grateful so her time! We were so busy eating and chatting away I didn't manage to take many pictures, but I cam assure you the food is lovely and well portioned. A gem on Low Fell!

A friend and I met there for lunch and took advantage of the £5.95 lunch deal. It actually felt like taking advantage as it's remarkable value. I had minestrone soup, a pepperoni pizza which I think must have been 12" and a coffee. I couldn't fault it, especially for the price. Staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately but understandably there's no wheelchair access as the restaurant is on the first floor.

When you walk in there is a really bad foist smell and the carpet upon entering is filthy.the toilets were horrific see attached picture. upstairs is like a school canteen and the decor is still in the late 90s food was ok service too but it was all over the place, wouldn’t recommend and def won’t be back.

Overall i Loved this place, and i am very awkward when it comes to eating out (i have walked out plenty places before ive been seated). I highly reccomend anyone looking for a nice place to eat then go here.

Food is freshly made to perfection Portion sizes are very generous Prices are very good value Staff are all friendly and welcoming they ensure you have a good experience

I went in today with my other half i wanted a Sunday lunch but he is very fussy with food so needed a place that wasnt purely roast dinner. We live round the corner seen that they do sunday lunch, 3 courses for £6.95. Though why not for the price.

Walked in to a friendly warm welcoming atmosphere, well decorated and the tables were not too close together. there was a friendly guy at the bar who promptly sat us at a table i liked (i usually have to ask to move as i dont like being in the middle or too close to others)

We Ordered some bread it was at the table in less than 1 minute. I Didnt expect much for the price, but i was very pleasantly surprised. The food is beautiful everything fresh, no smash in sight (hate that stuff) veg was cooked perfectly, chicken was tender and even a homemade Yorkshire pudding. And i lived with a chef who worked in a rosette kitchen for 7 years i know good food. Our empty plates were cleared quickly and didnt wait long for the food to arrive. The staff were very attentive. The portion sizes are very large, but the food was so nice i had to eat it all, andy couldn't manage his pizza, the waiter asked if we wanted it boxed So i had a slice for my tea so i can vouch for the pizza too, really nice. The bill was just under £20 we both had a starter a main icecream and large soft drinks. What a bargain, i have paid over £60 in some places and the food as been no where near this quality. I will certainly be going back. Andy is happy too as they said they do...

Early evening visit. Good selection of meals on menu and a Specials Board - they also offer gluten free at a small extra cost. Our table had the potato skins - generous portion with garlic dip - my friend was hungry so polished the lot and said they were ‘delicious’. Another starter were some lovely button mushrooms in garlic and butter - again, a good portion.

On to mains and the genius portions continued with the lasagne and our sea bass on a bed of real buttery mashed potatoes (none of that sloppy mash nonsense!) and fine green beans that were actually cooked and not just blanched.

Dessert was sticky toffee and tiramisu- utterly delicious although my friend found her butterscotch sauce a little too sweet for her palate, but she ate it anyway!

Staff were attentive and pleasant and drinks are served to the table.

I noticed other diners were tucking into huge pizzas and it was evident that those potato skins are very popular!

Pricing is very good IMO - lunchtime and evening special set menus around £15-£20. Most Á la Carte around the £15 - £20 mark. Desserts around a fiver. Drink prices were also good.

Good seating and spacing between tables. Pleasant venue with a separate bar if you wanted a drink whilst waiting for fellow diners.

Be aware that the restaurant is above a shop and so there are stairs to negotiate. They aren’t too steep, and there’s a good handrail.

Happy to recommend and I’m not easily...

Very poor. If you like good food AVOID if you like cheap and almost cheerful this is for you.

Uncomfortable - Chairs falling apart decor dated. Please update furnishings and decor.

Service - Friendly Servers. Manager very energetic. Made peoples birthdays special.

We were asked 4 times during starter if everything was OK and 5 times during Main. Too much. 1 server per table please. Felt very rushed from start to finish.

Parking terrible.

Insult to Italy: Muscles - Terrible. Sauce was bland with thick onion. Cheaply made and tasted it. No way these are fresh muscles as described. Carbonara - Simply cream, ham & pasta. Awful no care nothing like a carbonara. Bolognese Pizza - tasted like tinned Bolognese poured on a poor Margarita. No substance no flavour.

This place in incredibly cheap probably why it has some OK reviews but it is priced like this...
