Had small issue first time ordered on the app, as it was quite soggy probably from the water the sweet corn was stored in, but on the app you can go on the help, chat, and they contacted the shop who very kindly offered me 25% off my next order, you get 25% off your first order too. So we decided we would give them another go this bank holiday, My husband went into the shop and showed them the chat, as you get an email copy of the chat sent, and they cooked the pizza of our choice perfectly, it was absolutely delicious and they were very obliging even without the discount they are very reasonably priced. Food was shockingly bad.. I ordered a pizza chips and a tower burger meal with salad sauce and cheese on the chips. When it came the pizza was cold half the pizza had ran off the pizza into the box. It was also stuck to the box the chips where soggy. My burger was ok the chicken on it when I bit into it didn't feel right so I took it off and ate the edges and then I didn't get cheese on the chips as I requested. It came to nearly 30 pounds and I was also short changed. Service at the door was appalling also. Will NOT be ordering...

They either do not know the product they are selling or fail to understand that customers come first and when they ask about the ingredients they do so to be informed of the product

Regardless politeness costs nothing but to be as rude as the staff especially the lady who answers the phone

She needs a badge
