Primo — Restaurant in Gedling

I've been a customer of Primo for many years. The owner has always been friendly and it's always had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I popped in Sunday afternoon with the family and dogs after a nice walk. We had paninis and a pint which were quality. We sat in the outside seating/dining that perfectly resembles the outdoor dining areas of Italy/France. This is great to start seeing more of this in the UK.

There's plenty of public parking and access to public transport on Carlton Hill.

I thought I'd also mention that my wife had a delicious croissant and they have an excellent selection of pastries.

10/10 looking forward to...

The warmest of welcomes on a snowy cold morning. Tony was the perfect host. I met Olympian Sam Oldham for a coffee and a delicious bacon baguette. Great atmosphere and bon homie amongst the customers. Superb value too. Note that there are 2 hours free parking behind the shop but you must display a ticket from the machine. I hear former boxing champ Carl Froch frequents...

We visited Fratelli for the first time today and really enjoyed it. The service was friendly, the coffee nice and strong (good strong, not bitter) and we liked the little selection of Italian pastries. We tried the lemon one and really enjoyed.
