I had the pleasure of dining at Angel African kitchen today. The environment was excellent, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was vibrant and authentic, transporting me straight to the heart of Africa.
The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile and eager to ensure that every guest had a wonderful dining experience. Their hospitality truly added to the overall charm of the restaurant.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was absolutely fantastic! I had the pleasure of tasting their jollof rice, and it was nothing short of amazing. It tasted just like party jollof rice, bursting with rich flavours and perfectly cooked. Each bite was a delightful reminder of the authentic African cuisine I love so much.
The prices were bit reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes of the meals. If the economy allows, they can do better with the portion sizes

Read moreI have visited on 04 separate occasions. First visit, I tried Suya, ogbono soup and jollof rice as takeaway and the food was extremely delicious. Second visit, I took my friend to celebrate her graduation and her daughter birthday. We ate in the restaurant and ordered Egusi, Grilled fish platter , Edikaikong as an alternative for Afang soup, jollof rice and Suya. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their meal and food was well presented. I loved the Edikaikong very much. My third visit was to introduce my Caucasian friend to the meal and he ordered half chicken platter and he completely devoured the meal and wanted to visit the next day for his birthday. My fourth visit did not disappoint either and I'm happy there is a place close to my location and will save money travelling to London/Birminghan to enjoy african delicacies. Overall, my experience has...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Delicious!
I had the pleasure of dining at Angel African Kitchen in Gloucester, and I can honestly say the food and service were both outstanding. I ordered the jollof rice with chicken and beef, and every bite was full of rich, authentic flavour. The meat was tender and well-seasoned, and the rice had just the right balance of spice and depth.
I also tried one of their meat pies, and it was perfect – flaky on the outside, packed with tasty filling on the inside. You can tell everything is made with love and care.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel warm and inviting. I’ll definitely be...
