Oh my. I have had a LONG night. All i wanted, was to go get some nice chicken and chips from here. Now i pull in, and i see the que. like 5 cars. But noooo im hungry so im like okay i’ll wait.... half an hour goes by and im not even at the window yet, ive just placed my order. I get to the window, my pal with me gets her order in a about 5 ish minutes. So im waiting on mine, all the staff are doing is laughing around and making jokes with eachother, they’re swearing ‘suprise motherf*cker’ ... another member of staff is turning round to me and telling me one of their mates names (which was another worker) like ... do i care about the name? No i want my chicken cmon. All i wanted was my chicken popcorn snackbox... i can see my drink ready on the side. Now i can see the popcorn chicken in the thing and i can see there is chips... it took 10 minutes for me to get my order, now during this time we realise they havent given my mate the gravy she ordered, so i ask the kind lovely god like worker (sarcasm) why she has no gravy. He says is it regular or large, i say just regular and then he says ‘we have no gravy’ (without even checking may i add) so i ask why he even asked what size it was, then he decided to get cocky and say ‘no i said that before i said theres no gravy’ like yeah dude i know that but if you know theres no gravy, then why ask me what size? And to add to that, why didnt he inform us? Or let us pick another side? Just left us oblivious. Now after debating with this lad about why he bothered to ask me the size, he decided to roll his eyes, now bare in mind i have said ive had a LONG night.... so i do the mature thing, i just leave. I come to my mates house to find that not only are the chips stone cold, which i suppose is acceptable as we drove 2 minutes down the road. But in my chicken snackbox ... has 2.... i repeat 2!!!! Chicken popcorn things..... so, thanks kfc quedgely.... you really lightened up my night, id give you no stars but i had to give you at least one to share my amazing story, crafty.... life goes on. I shall never return to you, the kfc near metz way is much more professional and nice for you all for future reference. Now i leave one question here... where the hell was the manager during...

Read moreQuite astonishingly slow service. You get used to appallingly slow service in pretty much all KFCs, but the Goodridge Avenue KFC takes the bar to a new low. Service in the store is incredibly slow, and the drive through is so slow as to render it totally pointless. They also seem to have constant problems with the speaker and microphone in the drive through, so orders are frequently taken wrong. An even more annoying problem inside the store is that that are making multiple orders up at a time (a good thing), but make zero effort to keep items warm. Open boxes of chicken making up part of an order are frequently just left on the side to go cold while they wait for another part of the order. Some kind of heat lamp setup would fix this problem. I don't think I have ever ordered a family meal and not had part of it stone cold by the time I get home (a 3 minute drive away). It's a shame there isn't a...
