Gloucester Grill — Restaurant in Gloucester

Wish there was an option for less than one star.

Keep in mind the place is a 5 minute drive from the place it was ordered to.

Was meant to arrive at 7:50. Called at 8:00 as not arrived, they said it was on the way. Called at 8:30 as still nothing, they again said it is on the way.

Then used JustEat's update me on delivery through text and got the text with the new time of 9:05.

So I called them, they said that they had tried to call me 4 times and no answer as the number was wrong, I know this is not the case as the text update worked, they said the food was here, so I waited a little longer and still no show.

When the food arrived we questioned and the driver said that he tried to call once so they both gave different answers. He said he asked if a random woman outside the building for a Josh.

We took the food that was stone cold and called the restaurant who then said they called 3 times and we did not answer, I tried to advise them of the whole thing with how I had been told 4 times 1 time then 3 and asked if they can do anything as the food was cold.

They would not assist and blocked my number. Called just eat where they agree the situation was bad and are going to refund me but they need to order to be marked delivered, and they called the place and they said they will soon, an hour later I am still waiting.

Please avoid this place...

Where do I even start!!

I’m left still feeling hungry!! The portion sizes are an absolute joke. The snack wraps from kfc are bigger than the wrap I have just eaten. We ordered 2 meals, both supposed to come with chips and a drink, unless I was meant to split the 1 bag of chips that I received, then one meal arrived incomplete. The lettuce inside the wrap was limp and tasted horrible, the chicken though was lovely!! With regards to the pitta and the “grilled beef”, maybe state on your website and just eat page that it is in fact a thin floppy grilled beef burger. It’s Thursday morning, you’re full of regret and upset from your Wednesday night antics. You made it clear to your mates that you were going out for “one drink”. But now we’re here. Waking up with the dirtiest driest mouth and teeth feeling rotten from those blue and orange VKs you get in atik (you know the ones). Before even considering to brush your teeth you’re already thinking about the grill. Obviously you’re going to a get a medium wrap and chips with a can of Rio and some peri mayonnaise, to restore yourself. So, I guess the real summary of this is that Glos Grill is nothing but a drug to your hangover. If it don’t cure you, I’ll buy you another...
