KFC Gloucester — Restaurant in Gloucester

I went because my partner is obsessed with kfc. I ordered through the self ordering machines. I ordered a vegan burger to which they called me over and informed me they don't do vegan burgers and asked if I'd like a chicken fillet burger instead, to which I replied no I'm a vegetarian hence the vegan burger then requested a refund. He ignored me disappeared for 5 minutes then came back saying he found a vegan burger and is making it, which I said I'd still rather a refund, he argued but its cooking now. And wouldn't listen to me. A store that doesn't do vegan burgers would not have any in stock so why would I want to eat one he just magically found?... the food came, the krushem I ordered and payed extra for was replaced with a Pepsi, my fries never came. And honestly I just felt fed up, robbed and ignored. Safe to say entire meal went in the bin. Didn't like kfc in the first place being a vegetarian now will avoid entirely even my meat eating...

My friend and I had a bucket full of breadcrumb coated chicken portions with 4 bags of French Fries, which was more than enough to feed four persons. The chicken done in breadcrumbs was absolutely delicious, so tender and succulent. The French fries were a nice coloured golden brown and well cooked. The staff were pleasant and polite and well presented in clean clothing. The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean, as also were the tables and chairs. It was very spacious and there was no problem finding a table and chairs to sit at. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal which was of such excellent value. We shall be returning there again for another super meal. We recommend KFC to others who enjoy a good meal of Chicken and Chips....and if you do not wish to sit in, then they have a 'Drive Through ' where you can order and pick up your meal at that point, and take it away with you. Called by to get something to eat after being in hospital all day and was absolutely discussed with the way we were treated it was around 10.15pm all the delivery drivers were stood up at the serving counter so had a job to place order, half hour later was still waiting for food, they were more interested in the delivery side of things than actually getting food to waiting customers, asked were our order had got to and they hadn't a clue said they would do straight away then to be told sorry no gravy left asked what they were gonna do as already paid to be told well you will have to have what ever then,another 15mins went by had to ask again where food had got to all we had was sorry doing it now eventually when we got our food they had missed things, we weren't the only ones treated like it definitely not recommend going...
